The rawness, the wildness.

Shannon Bennett's new restaurant - The Belongil.

A hidden gem?
Minyon Falls.

You travel a lot for work. Where is somewhere you haven’t travelled but are dying to visit?
Sri Lanka.

What is your favourite thing to do while on vacation?
Get a little bit lost, read, eat, sleep.

How would you describe your holiday style?
Undone.

Sit down with SIR.

How would you describe your personal style?
Right now - classic, functional. But it’s ever changing.

When do you feel your best?
When I’m nurtured and active, mentally and physically.

What is your most treasured possession?
A pearl necklace from my grandmother.

What scent or sound feels like home?
Le Tan coconut sunscreen, and the blare of cicadas.

What cities resonate with you most and why?
London. It’s my favourite city in the world. I grew up going back and forth between the UK and Australia and I’ve continued that through adulthood, it feels like my other home.
