Import Duties and Taxes

All USD prices shown are inclusive of duties, and taxes payable at checkout, with no surprises upon delivery.

Customs Requirements

Under new US Government requirements, US customers may be required to share additional information to the shipping carrier (USPS) such as SSN to receive their delivery.

Shipping Timeframes

With Australia Post International and USPS shipping, please allow additional time for delivery to the US being approximately 4 - 10 business days once shipped from our warehouse.

Tracking Your Order

Orders to the US are shipped from Australia using Australia Post International and handed over to USPS for local delivery in the US. Tracking will be email once shipped, then when your parcel lands in the US, using the same tracking number you can track your order via USPS here.
