Returns Policy

Only full price items returned within 14 days of delivery are eligible for a refund. You will be refunded back to your original payment method, less the return shipping fee and any original shipping fees. Once the refund has been issued, you will be notified via email. Please allow up to five business days for this amount to appear in your account.

All earring purchases are final sale. For hygiene purposes, we are unable to accept returns on earrings unless deemed faulty by our team.

All discounted styles marked as "sale" on the product page or discounted during a flash/promotional sale with a code or automatic discount are not eligible for a refund. These can be returned for a credit note or free size exchange only.

Enjoy extended online returns during the holiday season with all online items purchased from 22nd November 2024 eligible for return up until Tuesday 7th of January 2025.

Item/s marked as "final sale - size exchange only“ on the product page cannot be returned for a refund or store credit, unless in the event of them being faulty. These are eligible for direct size exchange only, pending size availability. Please note, if your desired exchange size is not available, you cannot return the item for store credit or refund. If a return is made on items placed within the order, the gift must be included in the return. Lodge your online return here first for postage or in store drop off.

All swimwear must be tried on wearing undergarments, the protective hygiene strip must remain in place and cannot be removed. Swim can be returned in accordance with our normal return policy.

Instant free size exchanges within 14 days from delivery. Lodge your return through our portal, select your new size and receive your UPS return label. Once your return label has been scanned in transit by the courier, your new size will be processed and shipped free of charge with new tracking. Please note, exchange stock is not held and only secured when your package has been scanned in transit, we encourage you to drop it off as quickly as possible to avoid disappointment. If the size you are hoping to exchange for is no longer available at the time of processing, a refund or credit note will be issued depending on the item’s eligibility.

Our welcome 10% discount code is only eligible on full priced products for new customers that subscribe to our newsletter.

If you choose to send your return back to us via your own postage method, we encourage you to use a registered or traceable postal service as return parcels remain the responsibility of the customer until received by SIR if sent without a provided label.

If you have purchased using Afterpay or Klarna, you will be refunded or credited back to your chosen platform. If you are receiving a credit note, you will continue to make payments until the original item is paid for and you will be issued a new credit note via email to use straight away.

All items are quality controlled to a high standard before despatch, but if you receive an item that is not 100% right please contact us at customercare@sirtelabel.com with your order number and images of the fault or issue and we will work with you to resolve it as soon as possible. Please note that items which are damaged or as a result of normal wear and tear; by accident; failure to use in accordance with care instructions; or through misuse will not be considered faulty.
